Step 1. Based on your research and observation, think about what is critical for the success of the persona to overcome the problem.
Step 2. Lead a discussion about what items are critical, what experiences, and what functions the persona must have.
Step 3. Have each team member write eight elements critical to the persona's success.
Step 4. Have each member name four experiences and four functions, one of each that reimagines or focuses completely on a new function or experience.
Step 5. Finally, consolidate the results and agree as a team on the eight critical elements necessary for the persona's success. Use these elements to create a problem statement or a How Might We Question statement.
