Details:

We want to clearly delineate what aspects of the job robots or A.I can perform, the repetitive, tedious, monotonous and boring task or the low value task and we want to clearly identify the taks that require a human touch or the high value task the human interactions. To accomplish lets first map out all task. Then identify high and low value task and tools they require.

Map Task

The core idea is to automate "low value," repetitive tasks, thereby freeing human employees to focus on "high value" tasks that require personal interaction and human judgment. The plan is structured: first, map all tasks; second, classify them as high or low value and identify necessary tools; and finally, define KPIs and managerial tools for success in the future workflow. The final sentence acts as an immediate prompt to the participants to begin the task mapping process.

  • Gain a better understanding of our employee'’ perspectives to build empathy.

Understand pain points and opportunities or benefits.

Collect information to create a digital story.

    Document the team’s employee insights.

  • Work in small 4-5 team member groups. Collaborate to document your employee story capturing their aspirations, frustrations, motivation.

    1. Map Out All Tasks: Begin by documenting every single task required in the role, mapping the entire process flow from start to finish.

    2. Identify Low-Value Tasks: Clearly delineate tasks that are repetitive, tedious, or monotonous, as these are prime candidates for automation by AI or robots.

    3. Identify High-Value Tasks: Pinpoint tasks that require a human touch, judgment, and interaction, as these will be the focus of the augmented employee's time.

    4. Define Future KPIs: Map out the key performance indicators necessary to successfully evaluate the new, AI-augmented workflow.

    5. Pilot and Iterate: Implement the augmented workflow on a small scale, gather feedback, measure the new KPIs, and continuously refine the process for optimal results.

    6. Upskill Employees: Provide targeted training to employees on how to effectively collaborate with and leverage the new AI tools and automated processes.

    7. Monitor and Scale: Once the pilot is successful, establish ongoing monitoring for performance and efficiency, and then systematically roll out the augmented sprint across the organization.
